Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Yellow Places management panel (the "Service") operated by DATAWORKS DİJİTAL PAZARLAMA VE DATA HİZMETLERİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ("we", "the company"). Yellow Pages Turkey is a brand and line of business of our company; references to "we"/"the company" in this document mean DATAWORKS DİJİTAL PAZARLAMA VE DATA HİZMETLERİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ. By signing in to the Service, you accept these terms.

1. Company Information

2. Scope of the Service

Yellow Places is a management panel that allows multi-location businesses to centrally manage their branch information and synchronize this information to their Google Business Profile account, with the user's own authorization.

3. Account and Authorization

You must create a valid account to use the Service. You are responsible for the security of your account, including your password. The Google Business Profile integration only operates within the scope of the permissions you explicitly grant via OAuth; you can revoke this permission at any time from your Google account settings or through the Service.

4. User Obligations

5. Service Continuity

The Service is provided "as is"; uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Changes or restrictions to the Google Business Profile API may affect synchronization functions.

6. Limitation of Liability

Yellow Pages Turkey shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the Service, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access in case of a breach of these terms.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated; material changes will be published on this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Contact
