This Privacy Policy applies to the Yellow Places management panel (the "Service") operated by DATAWORKS DİJİTAL PAZARLAMA VE DATA HİZMETLERİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ("we", "the company"). Yellow Pages Turkey is a brand and line of business of our company; references to "we"/"the company" in this document mean DATAWORKS DİJİTAL PAZARLAMA VE DATA HİZMETLERİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ.

2. Data We Collect

While using the Service, we process the following data:

• Account information: name, email address, organization membership and role information (collected via Supabase Auth during sign-up/sign-in).
• Location/business information: branch name, address, phone, category, and other business information the user enters into the panel.
• Google Business Profile data: for authorized organizations, only the information fields (name, address, phone, open/closed status) of locations the user has explicitly connected are read and updated via the Google Business Profile API.

3. Use of Google User Data

Yellow Places' access to and use of the Google Business Profile API complies with all applicable Google policies, including the Google API Services User Data Policy. Google account data is used solely for the business profile management functions the user has explicitly authorized; it is not used for advertising purposes and is not sold or shared with third parties.

4. Data Storage

Data is stored on Supabase infrastructure hosted in the European Union (eu-central-1) region. Google OAuth access/refresh tokens are stored in the database only in encrypted form (Fernet symmetric encryption) and are used exclusively for server-side synchronization operations.

5. Data Sharing

Your data is not shared with third parties beyond what is necessary for the Service to operate (hosting provider Supabase, cloud infrastructure provider Google Cloud); it is not sold.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Your account's and organization's data is retained for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account or a specific Google Business Profile authorization, you can contact us at info@yellow.com.tr.

7. Your Rights

Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), you have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, request information about it, and request its correction or deletion. You can submit your requests to the contact address above.

This policy may be updated; material changes will be published on this page.
